How the maths works: the monthly figure is simply your budget. The weekly one spreads that budget over the 52 weeks in a year rather than a neat four, which stops a five-week month from overrunning. The per-session figure divides the week by your sessions, and the daily cap allows two sessions in one day without passing the weekly total.
Pick the period that matches how money arrives: weekly if you're paid by the week, monthly if you budget around a monthly pay cheque.

Self-exclusion
PlayAmo self-exclusion for a longer break
Self-exclusion is the firm version of a time-out. Where cooling-off keeps withdrawals open, self-exclusion disables the account outright: no deposits, no withdrawals and no promotions, starting immediately.
There are two routes. You can set a self-exclusion limit for a definite period, after which the account reactivates by itself, or you can email the support team and ask for a definite or indefinite exclusion.

How to close a PlayAmo account
Closing is a different thing from pausing. PlayAmo handles temporary and permanent closure through live chat or email: tell the agent which one you want and they'll take it from there. A permanent closure means exactly that. The account can't be reopened, and you can't register a fresh one later, so cash out anything you want to keep before you ask.
